About Us

Newport based Fast Parts Wales Ltd, a leading automotive parts and accessories supplier is developing its business further with the recruitment of new staff, products and services designed to support local independent garages and keep South Wales motorists moving.

Having been in business for more than 25 years, the parts distributor has sites in Abercarn and Cwmbran and supports independent garages in the area with frequent deliveries of matching original equipment (OE) quality car parts and accessories.

The company has always sustained its growth and at first even shared a building before gradually moving to larger premises. In 2000, Fast Parts relocated to a 13,000sqft purpose-built facility, positioning itself on a main road (A467), which was ideal for accessing a new connecting road across the Welsh valleys.

A few years back, Fast Parts took the strategic decision to open a second branch in Cwmbran. Chairman John Travis explains: “Both branches work extremely well together. The link-up helps boost our availability and range to customers.”

Complementing this further, Fast Parts Wales has opened up a new branch in Tredegar, South Wales. Here, the company will be able to expand its coverage and offer an enhanced service to existing customers in Tredegar and surrounding areas of Merthyr Tydfill and Abergavenny.

Fast Parts Wales also has a thriving retail business providing South Wales motorists with essential accessories such as car care and leisure & camping equipment including bicycles.

John Travis said: “Staff and customers are the two most important parts of our business. We work together as a team to ensure a motorist’s needs are met. We have also been an extremely loyal customer to our key suppliers, who recognise our growth.”

Fast Parts general manager, Nathan Travis, added: “We’re evolving as a business and want to engage with customers more than ever before. We’re investing heavily in our website and making ourselves as accessible as possible on numerous fronts including social media, in a bid to be ‘hub’ for everything motoring in South Wales. From a trade perspective, we’ve taken the role of a motor factor and total redefined what it means, ensuring we add value in areas such as technical support and training whenever possible.”
